The center said registration for the educational program has started and will continue until July 31 and classes will begin on August 1.
The course will be held for children and teenagers aged 6 to 18.
Moral principles, goal setting, techniques of thinking and reasoning, planning, anger management, creativity and innovation are some of the themes of the course.
Those taking it will also practice group working, social responsibility, critical thinking, and techniques of problem solving and decision making.
