Prominent Iranian Qari Attends Quranic Circle in Najaf
The circle was organized by a Quranic center affiliated to the cultural department of Astan of Imam Ali (AS) Holy Shrine and was welcomed by dozens of pilgrims at the site, according to the press service of the Astan.
Abdul Hadi Al-Abedy, head of Quranic circles of the Astan, said the program was held on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Hazrat Zahra (SA).
The circle, he maintained, started with a recitation by Qasem al-Joburi, qari, and muezzin of the Astan of Imam Ali (AS) shrine. And Belasem al-Jalil from the Astan of the holy shrine of Imam Hassan Askari (AS) holy shrine performed Tavasheeh.
The final section of the program was a recitation performed by Mansour Karimi, the Qari, and muezzin of Astan Quds Razavi from Iran, he said.
Quranic programs are part of the plans organized to mark the birth anniversary of Hazrat Zahra (SA) in Najaf.
