Dubai International Holy Quran Award Taking Part in Abu Dhabi Int’l Book Fair
The DIHQA is presenting its latest books and publications at the book fair, according to WAM news agency.
They include books featuring Quranic studies, the miracles of the Holy Quran and the Seerah of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
On display at the DIHQA pavilion are also books about Islamic culture and research studies on Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence).
According to Ibrahim Mohamed Bu Melha, adviser to the Ruler of Dubai for Cultural and Humanitarian Affairs and chairman of the Dubai International Holy Quran Award organizing committee, the pavilion has displayed 147 titles at the book fair, ten of which have been unveiled for the first time.
The DIHQA is keen on publishing books that help to raise awareness and enhance development and growth, he said.
Those visiting the pavilion also learn about the DIHQA’s activities such as organizing annual Quran competitions, Bu Melha went on to say.
The 32nd edition of the Abdu Dhabi international book fair kicked off in the UAE capital on May 22 and will run until May 28.
