Iran Culture Minister Underlines Using Media Potentials to Promote Quranic Culture
TEHRAN (IQNA) – Iran’s Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance highlighted the need for using the potentials and capacities of the media to promote the Quranic culture.
Speaking at a Quran Radio program, Mohammad Mehdi Esmaeili also called for cooperation from the media, especially radio, to take steps on development of the Quranic culture.
Esmaeili added that the country’s cultural organizations should base all their activities and programs on fostering the culture of the Holy Book.
He further referred to the ongoing Tehran International Quran Exhibition and hailed the good reception of the expo by the people of the capital.
He noted that the expo has been organized after a two-year suspension due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The 29th Tehran International Holy Quran Exhibition is underway at the Imam Khomeini (RA) Mosalla (prayer hall).
